Story-Arjuna the Doer

Long back in the history; Kurukshetra war was about to begin. When Arjuna the warrior saw his guru Dronacharya, his Tau Bhishma and scores of his brothers and relatives on the opposite side, his hands started trembling. Arjuna the warrior had lost the confidence and motivation to go to war with his kith and kins. He had made his mind not to fight the war. That’s when Krishna had to chip in and what came out of their conversation was ‘Gita’. Krishna had to transform himself into ‘Vishwaroopa avatar’ to mend things right with Arjuna. Dhronacharya; Guru of Arjuna had developed the doer (Skills) part of Arjuna. He developed him in to a great warrior, a ‘Dhanurdhar’ like no other. But his ‘being’ part the ‘Kshatriya Dharma’ part was missing till he went to Kurukshetra war. It took Krishna to get the ‘being’ part right of Arjuna. Only after that Arjuna could gather back his strengths, his skills and confidence to win the war.
